Now entering its 44th season, the Eugene Symphony is recognized as the cornerstone of the performing arts in Oregon’s southern Willamette Valley. Under the leadership of music director Danail Rachev, the Eugene Symphony pursues its mission to “enrich lives through the power of music” by presenting annual classical, pops and community outreach performances, regularly commissioning and premiering new American works, and disseminating its performances via radio broadcasts and recordings. Acclaimed as one of France’s best chamber orchestras, the French Chamber Orchestra, was founded in 1989 and is now based in Senlis near Paris. With esteemed pianist/director, Eugene Albulescu, this enthralling orchestra specializes in bringing forgotten masterpieces to life playing the musical treasures of Mozart, Saint Saens & Ravel. The French Chamber Orchestra combines artistic integrity with originality to express musical emotions at their deepest level.
